El hotel es hermoso, está construído por arquitectos locales y utilizando materiales sustentables de la región de Kyushu. Es muy interesante el concepto, además que tiene muchas obras de arte por todo el hotel. El personal fue muy amable e hicieron un gran esfuerzo por atendernos y por comunicarse con nosotros. It have everything you need for Onsen resort, big room with fabulous views on its panoramic windows, public baths, great Japanese style breakfast. 6 minutes walk from Beppu’s train stations, not too far from big shopping mall like YouMe. Nothing to complain about.

It’s an amazing place. Starting from the entrance with an artistic doors and walls long the escalator to bring us at the front desk. They have a large selection of yukatas, so you can chose the one you prefer. From the room with the view you can see the bay of Nagasaki. The onsen on the 3rd floor is lovely but the one on the 11th is amazing! It has a large pool outdoor from where you can see all over the city. If you stay at this hotel, you don’t need to go on the very top of the mountain. Both the dinner and the breakfast have an large buffet full of various exquisite food. They have a shuttle service to the station. Very happy with my staying.

The property exceeded my expectations. It provided us with a very relaxing stay, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The bath was very pleasant, although there was no open air public bath (contrary to the description). The room was spacious and comfortable. But it was the food that blew my mind: it was the most lavish feast I've ever had in onsen. It's also worth mentioning that the place is easily reached by the local bus.

This hotel was fantastic and we could have stayed here for many days. The dinner and breakfast was delicious with options to suit everyone. The hotel also has all the facilities that you could hope for from an outdoor footspa to arcade games and karaoke rooms. The onsen was clean with a good outdoor area and the view from the special onsen was particularly nice. The hotel also provides good toilities so you feel very nice and fresh. The rooms are spacious and clean with big balconies hat provide a great view.
